type of services do we provide?
LONG-TERM
TEMPORARY
We can supply employees to work on
a long-term assignment for an indefinite time period. Long-term
staffing can involve just one employee or it can involve a
significant portion of the staff you require on an ongoing basis.
SHORT-TERM
TEMPORARY
We can supply employees to work on
a short-term assignment for a known time period. Short-term
staffing can involve just one employee or it can involve a
significant portion of the staff you require during a known time
period.
TEMPORARY
TO PERMANENT
By using this service both the
employee and the client has an opportunity to determine if there
is “a good fit”. The employee has worked at the client’s
location and has become familiar with the client and the
client’s procedures. The client has had an opportunity to see
both the skill and the professional level of the employee and may
prefer to hire that employee on a full time basis. During the
temporary period, the employee will be employed through Orion
Resources, LLC. However at the end of the temporary period, the
client has the option to hire the employee onto the client’s
full time staff (at no additional charge).

DIRECT
PLACEMENT
This service is beneficial when
the client is looking to hire immediately for a permanent position
but does not have the time to recruit and evaluate the employee
themselves. With this service the employee works directly for the
client company and not for Orion Resources, LLC.
