We were founded on
the belief that a staffing service can be different.
Having worked in various Engineering offices for over ten
(10) years both on assignment and direct and having been on
both sides of the staffing table. I began to wonder; “ If
I was to start my own staffing service, how would I make it
different?”
Here’s
how:
A Thirty
(30) day Temporary Employee guarantee: If
within the first thirty (30) days if you are not satisfied with
the service of our assigned employee, notify Orion Resources, LLC
and we will replace that employee and not charge you for our
service. However, we will charge you for the expenses of the
employee (salary, taxes, etc.). We feel that is only fair because
you continued to use that employee. If on the thirty first (31st)
day and beyond if you are not satisfied with the services of our
assigned employee, notify Orion Resources, LLC and we will replace
that employee.
A Sixty (60) day Direct Hire guarantee:
If within the first sixty (60) days if you are not
satisfied with the services of your Direct Hire employee for
any reason, notify Orion Resources, LLC and we will replace
that employee within two (2) weeks. In the event that we are
unable to replace that employee, we will give you a 100%
refund.
No charge to go from Temporary to Permanent: Our main
goal and focus is to provide our employees with full time
employment and our clients with professional and skilled
employees.
Suggestion box: An old idea that needed to come
back. How else can we serve our clients and employees better
if we don’t know what they want?
Employee Training: We provide free training to our
employees in the latest engineering and office related
software. New software is always being added. If you have
something you would like to see please feel free to send us a
message in our suggestion box.
Paid Holidays: We pay our employees for the
following holidays throughout the year,
